Art in the Park

Colorado's longest-running artisan festival, Art in the Park Loveland, returns for its 59th annual event on August 8–9, 2026, at North Lake Park (2750 N Taft Ave). The festival runs from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sunday.


What to Expect:

  • Artists & Vendors: The festival features over 275 juried fine artists and craftsmen.

  • Event Sections: Divided into "The Gallery" (fine art) and "The Market" (fine arts, crafts, and artisan goods).

  • Food & Activities: Includes local food trucks and features a Young Entrepreneurs program for artists aged 21 and under.

Getting There & Tips:

  • Admission: The event is free to attend, though parking near the grounds is very limited.

  • Shuttles: Visitors are highly encouraged to use the free shuttle buses running continuous loops.

  • Restrictions: No pets are allowed in the park, except for service animals. [3, 4]

Art in the Afternoon

Art in the Afternoon is sponsored by the Lander Art Center.  For the first time, this event will be held at the new Lander Community Center and is projected to be the best opportunity to purchase fine art and hand crafted gifts while getting to meet and talk with the artists who create them.

Vintage Christmas

This one day event in the Historic Billings Depot will feature high quality work by artisans as well as retro, refurbished, and re-appropriated items that will make perfect one-of-a-kind Christmas gifts.  Early birds can pay $25 at the door from 10 to 11 in order to be the first to shop, thus having the best selection. Starting at 11, the fee to enter is $5, and people can shop until 7 pm. Stop by my booth and see all of my new work--the most useful and beautiful pottery that you will find in the Western region.

The 43rd annual Winter Art Fair is a great place to shop for your Christmas gifts.  There are many artisans selling high quality work that you can't find anywhere else.  Visit my booth from 5 to 9 on Nov. 21st, and from 9 to 3 on Nov. 22nd.  To thank my local customers who have supported me for 20 years, I am offering a 10% discount, and I am rounding up to the nearest dollar.  This means that a $23 item will be on sale for $19!
